Refund Policy

Day and One-Night Retreats

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel at least 14 days before the retreat for a refund, minus a $5 processing fee. After that, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant. If we cancel or postpone, you’ll receive a full refund or may apply your payment to the new date.

Payment Plan
Your first payment secures your place, and remaining payments are charged automatically to the card you register with. If you cancel after the refund deadline, remaining payments are still due.
