Divine Nectar LLC respects your privacy, including when you register for Golden Mother Collective gatherings through our site. This policy explains what we collect through divinenectar.love and our gatherings, how we use it and the choices you have. We do not sell your information.
What We Collect
Contact details: your name, email, phone number and address when you register, purchase or subscribe.
Registration and intake details: health information, allergies, dietary needs and an emergency contact, which you share so we can support you at a gathering.
Payment details: handled by our payment processors, [Squarespace Payments, Stripe and/or PayPal]. We do not see or store your full card number.
Website data: pages visited, device and browser information, collected through cookies and analytics by Squarespace.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through our forms.
How We Use It
We use your information to manage registrations and payments, communicate with you about gatherings, support your safety and dietary needs, send our newsletter if you subscribe and improve our website.
How We Share It
We share information only when needed to run our offerings:
Co-facilitators, chefs and venues: for example, dietary needs with our chef or your emergency contact with on-site facilitators.
Service providers: Squarespace, our payment processors and Google Workspace, which handle data on our behalf.
Legal requirements: when required by law.
Your Health Information
We keep health information confidential. We use it only for your care and safety at a gathering, share it only with facilitators who need it and delete intake forms within 12 months after the gathering.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Our offerings and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
