WOMEN’S RETREATS & EMBODIED HERBALISM IN THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS

EMBODY YOUR TRUE NATURE

Divine Nectar offers women’s retreats & gatherings, classes and herbal medicine rooted in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina—bringing together yoga & somatic practice, ritual, plant medicine and relationship with the living earth.

Come back to what nourishes you.

To the wisdom of your body, the steadiness of the earth and the plants as allies and medicine.

To the rhythms that restore vitality. The practices that help you soften, listen and feel yourself again. The kind of connection that becomes possible when there is finally enough space to slow down.

This is the heart of Divine Nectar: a return to the life-giving sources of nourishment, vitality and sacred connection that are already within and around us.

THE DIVINE NECTAR

What nourishes life?

Across ancient traditions, sacred nectars such as amrita, soma and haoma have been associated with vitality, renewal, bliss and the mysterious essence of life itself.

Divine Nectar takes its name from this—a nectar we can experience through deeper relationship with the body, the living earth and the truth.

It is the vitality carried by plants and all living things.

The pleasure of inhabiting your body.

The medicine of deep rest.

The nourishment of meaningful relationship.

The aliveness that returns when you begin living in rhythm with yourself and the world around you.

The sacred is not somewhere else. It is woven through life itself.

Our work is to become receptive to it again.

AN EMBODIED DEVOTIONAL PATH

Divine Nectar brings together practices that help restore relationship with the interconnected systems that sustain us.

Somatic Practice + Yoga
Slow down enough to feel what your body is telling you. Through movement, breath, nervous system attunement and deep rest, we return to sensation and the pleasure of inhabiting a body.

Herbal Medicine
Meet the plants as living green allies. Learn the old ways of crafting medicines for resilience, balance and vitality while deepening our relationship with the ecosystems we belong to.

Seasonal + Earth-Based Ritual
The rhythms of the earth offer an ancient orientation for our own lives. Seasonal practice creates space to recognize thresholds and honor cycles of rest and emergence.

Community + Connection
Something changes when we come together with intention. There is deep healing in being witnessed, nourished and restored in the company of others without having to perform or produce.

ROOTED IN THE ANCIENT BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS

The ancient mountains of Western North Carolina are more than the setting for this work. They are part of the practice.

Forests, rivers, medicinal plants, changing weather, darkness, sunlight and seasonal thresholds continually remind us that life does not move in a straight line. It pulses between activity and rest, expression and receptivity, flowering and return.

Our retreats invite you into that rhythm.

To walk the land.

To sit beside the fire.

To drink tea made from plants.

To move, breathe, rest, listen and remember yourself as part of a living world.
