These terms apply to all retreats, gatherings, sessions, mentorships and purchases offered through divinenectar.love. By registering or purchasing, you agree to them.
About Us
Divine Nectar LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company. Golden Mother Collective is a collective of independent practitioners and businesses, not a separate company. Registration and payment for Golden Mother Collective gatherings offered on this site are handled by Divine Nectar LLC, and these terms apply to them. Registration and Eligibility
Participants must be 18 or older. Your registration is confirmed once we receive full payment or the first payment of a payment plan. Some gatherings also require a completed intake form and a signed liability waiver before you attend. We may decline or cancel a registration at our discretion, and we will refund any payments in that case.
Payments and Payment Plans
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments. We do not see or store your full card number.
When you choose a payment plan:
Your first payment secures your place.
Remaining payments are charged automatically to the card you registered with, on the schedule shown at registration.
All payments must be complete before the gathering begins, or by the date shown at registration.
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll contact you. If it isn't resolved within 7 days, we may release your place, and payments already made are handled under our Refund Policy.
To update your card, email us before your next payment date.
If you cancel while on a payment plan:
Before the refund deadline: We'll refund the payments you've made, minus the fee stated in our Refund Policy, and cancel any remaining payments.
After the refund deadline: Payments already made are non-refundable, except as our Refund Policy outlines, and remaining payments are still due, as with full registrations.
Transfers: If your place is transferred to another participant, they take over the remaining payments.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, transfers and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Health, Safety and Participation
Our offerings are educational and experiential. They are not medical or mental health care and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed provider. Please consult your healthcare provider before working with herbs or joining physical practices, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications or managing a health condition.
Statements about herbs and herbal products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
You participate voluntarily and may opt out of any practice at any time. Please share relevant health information, allergies and dietary needs on your intake form so we can support you.
Many gatherings take place outdoors in the mountains, with weather, uneven ground, insects and wild plants. By attending, you accept these risks.
Community Agreements
We ask everyone to treat others with respect and to keep what others share in circle confidential. Please do not bring alcohol or other substances unless they are part of the program. We may ask anyone whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe to leave, without a refund.
Photos and Recordings
We may photograph gatherings for our website and social media. Let us know if you'd prefer not to appear in images, and we'll respect that. Please don't photograph or record other participants without their consent.
Venues and Lodging
Some gatherings take place at third-party venues, and their rules apply during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Our Content
Handouts, recordings, recipes and other materials we share are for your personal use. Please don't copy, share or sell them without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an offering is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel costs.
Changes
We may adjust schedules, facilitators, menus or venues when needed, and we'll let you know of significant changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Madison County, North Carolina.
