Join me every Thursday for Elemental Yoga—a somatic exploration of the elements, non-dual Tantric philosophy, Ayurveda, plant medicine and your true nature.

All of creation—from the stars, rivers and forests to the breath, blood and bones—is woven from the same elemental energies. This understanding is foundational to nature-based wisdom traditions worldwide. In Tantric and yogic cosmology, the five great elements (pancha mahabhutas) of earth (prithvi), water (apas), fire (tejas), air (vayu) and ether (akasha) are the building blocks of both the outer world of our experience and the human body-mind-spirit. These elements correspond with the energy centers (chakras) and channels (nadis) of the subtle body.

In Elemental Yoga, we’ll attune to the elements to help us remember our wholeness and interconnection. We’ll tap into powerful, time-tested practices that can help purify, balance and harmonize the elements within us, opening pathways to presence, healing and self-realization.  

Classes will incorporate vitalizing vinyasa-style movement, pranayama, mantra, guided meditation, reflections on ancient Tantric and yogic texts, deep relaxation and healing sound.

I will also offer subtle plant medicines (herbal teas, flower essences and aromatics) and introduce practices for engaging with the plants through the senses to awaken heightened awareness and deeper connection.

Come as you are! All levels of yoga experience are welcome. $10-15 sliding scale. This offering is currently only available in person, but will soon be available online. Stay tuned!
