Refund Policy
Day and One-Night Retreats
If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know at least 14 days before the event start date (7 days for workshops and other partial-day events) to receive a refund, minus a $5 processing fee. Cancellations made after that deadline are non-refundable, but your registration may be transferred to another participant if you’re unable to attend. Please email us at mina@divinenectar.love with their name and contact information so we can update our records.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, including for unsafe weather, you'll receive a full refund, or you may choose to apply your payment to the rescheduled date.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us honor the energy and planning that goes into creating these gatherings.
Multi-Night Retreats
Due to the limited size of these retreats and the advance expenses required to host them, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except as outlined below. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel.
You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant with prior written approval from Divine Nectar LLC.
If you need to cancel and we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a refund of the payments you've made, minus a $75 administrative fee to cover processing and coordination costs.
If you need to cancel and we aren't able to fill your spot, you may apply the payments you've made, minus the $75 administrative fee, as a credit toward a future retreat we host within 12 months of your original retreat date.
No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure or failure to attend the retreat.
In the event that we cancel the retreat, all payments will be fully refunded, or you may choose to apply them to a rescheduled date or a future retreat. We are not responsible for airfare, travel expenses or other personal costs incurred.
Payment Plans
If you're on a payment plan, these same terms apply to the payments you've made. See Payments and Payment Plans in our Terms of Service for how remaining payments are handled if you cancel.
Private Sessions and Mentorships
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a private session. Sessions canceled with less notice, or missed, are non-refundable. Mentorship and session packages are non-refundable once begun but may be paused for up to 60 days by request.
