Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that committing to a retreat like this is a meaningful decision. Because this experience is intentionally small and requires significant advance planning, we ask that you register when you feel clear and ready.
Due to the limited size of this retreat and the expenses required to host it, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except as outlined below:
• Cancellations made on or before May 1, 2026 may transfer their registration to another eligible participant with prior written approval from Golden Mother Collective.
• If we are able to fill your space from a waitlist, a refund will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee.
• Cancellations after May 1, 2026 are not eligible for transfer or refund unless the space is filled.
All payment plans are binding agreements. The full balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule regardless of attendance.
Golden Mother Collective reserves the right to cancel or modify the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, natural disasters, illness, venue issues or insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation by Golden Mother Collective, tuition payments will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for airfare, travel costs or other personal expenses incurred.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
