Join experienced prenatal yoga teacher and doula Mina Isabel Shahriary, E-RYT, RPYT for an exploration of pregnancy-safe movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation designed to help you tap into your innate strength and wisdom for an empowered pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience.
Beyond modifying poses to make them safe for pregnancy, we’ll work to balance and align the hips, pelvis and pelvic floor, which can help encourage your baby into an optimal position for birth. We’ll also explore mindfulness-based tools for navigating physical and mental intensity that can help you prepare for labor and everything that comes after.
Classes include a sharing circle and discussion of pregnancy, birth and postpartum-related topics. Come move, breathe and build community!
