Plant Spirit Sister Circle: Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica)

  • Private land Marshall, NC address given with RSVP (map)

Join us for an enlightening encounter with the plant spirit medicine of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica).

One of the first plants to emerge in the early spring, stinging nettles are rich in vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, plant lore and magic. If you’ve ever experienced her fiery sting, you’ve had a taste of her medicine! She encompasses multiple aspects of the Mother—nourishing, healing, strengthening and demanding that we pay attention to the life that surrounds us.

Stinging nettle can also be a helpful ally for stimulating the lymphatic system, promoting detoxification and clearing damp stagnation as we move from winter into spring.

Join us as we co-create a healing container for sharing, learning and empowering each other with the deep medicine of sisterhood and the plants.

Offered by donation, $22-44 suggested, non-monetary forms of reciprocity also welcome. Space is limited. To save your spot, please Venmo your donation to @MinaShahriary and fill out the RSVP form linked below.

These circles are open to all women—cis, trans & femme folk.
