Reawakening

A Spring Equinox Rejuvenation Retreat for Women in the Blue Ridge Mountains

March 18-21, 2027
Hot Springs, NC

Rise with spring through the wisdom of the body.

As the earth begins to soften, swell and stir back into life, we’ll gather in a circle of magical women to do the same—thawing what has been held through winter, moving stagnation, tending the waters within and gently awakening the body’s natural vitality.

This is not a harsh or restrictive cleanse. It’s a Wise Woman approach to spring renewal: Earth-honoring, deeply nourishing to the tissues and inner waters, and rooted in the understanding that the body knows how to cleanse, restore and regenerate when it is given the right conditions.

Over four days together, we’ll support those natural rhythms through herbal medicine, movement, warmth, mineral-rich nourishment, lymphatic care, sensual embodiment and deep rest—creating space for what has grown stagnant to begin moving again and for your own life force to rise.

We’ll feast on deeply nourishing, clean, Ayurveda-informed meals designed to support digestion and seasonal renewal without deprivation. Our days will weave together yoga and somatic movement, fascial release, lymphatic self-massage, dry skin brushing and warm herbal body oiling, alongside creekside saunas and optional cold plunges in the mountain waters.

We’ll explore the Wise Woman Healing Tradition and a more relational way of understanding cleansing—one that prioritizes nourishment before depletion and works in partnership with the body rather than against it.

Together, we’ll meet some of the tender green allies that emerge with spring—plants such as nettle, violet, chickweed, cleavers and spicebush—learning how they have traditionally been used to support the lymph, digestion, elimination, mineral nourishment and the body's seasonal transition. We’ll drink nourishing herbal infusions, prepare simple spring medicines and craft herbal body oils to take home.

And because rejuvenation is about more than the physical body, we’ll also make space for pleasure, beauty and sensual presence: feeling the sun on your skin, walking beside the creek, breathing mountain air, resting deeply and remembering what it feels like to inhabit your body as a living part of the Earth.

Spring Equinox marks a threshold—the moment when darkness and light meet in balance before the days begin tipping toward greater warmth, movement and expression. We’ll work intentionally with this seasonal turning point as an invitation to emerge from winter with clarity about what you are ready to nourish, awaken and bring into bloom.

You’ll leave feeling lighter without being depleted, deeply nourished, more fluid and alive in your body—and ready to meet the growing season from a place of renewed vitality.
